Now for Something Completely Different

Today is "Monty Python" Day so in honour I am posting something that made me laugh quite hard which can only be found in the land of Monty Python.

This is the north Devon (England) Big Sheep Race. Spurred on by their stuffed sheep jockeys, these star racers negotiate their way through the 250 yard race course: around Shepherd's Brook, Bo Peep's Bend, and the EWE turn. You can place bets on your favourite and cheer them on down the home stretch.

Stars of the show include Red Ram, Sheargar, Little Pullover, Golden Fleece, Alder Knitty and Woolly Jumper.

£ (pound)'s, Ewe-ros and Big Sheep currency accepted.
